Position: Sales Event Coordinator

About: Viceroy Santa Monica is seeking a Sales and Event Coordinator to assist in the smooth operation of Sales/Catering. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient communication between the sales team and operational departments, contributing to the success of Viceroy Santa Monica.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred; college coursework in related field helpful; computer knowledge/skills required; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize; previous hotel catering or sales experience preferred; knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities required; excellent leadership skills; maintains confidentiality; resolves guest issues professionally; experience in a similar hotel environment preferred
