Position: Sales Consultant – Broward
About: Sysco Specialty Meat Group (SSMG) is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory by promoting and selling the company’s products. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers through in-person presentations and efficient order processing. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for addressing customer needs promptly and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements: High school diploma; preferred: 4-year degree in culinary arts, business, marketing, agriculture/animal science or related studies; 2 years prior food service and/or sales background strongly preferred; deep expertise in meat and seafood category or restaurant/culinary background; consultative sales ability; self-motivated and accountable for time management; strong customer relations skills; basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Outlook
