About: Swickard, a hospitality company specializing in automotive sales, parts, and service, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team. The Sales Consultant will be instrumental in driving the dealership’s sales success by building customer relationships, understanding needs, and matching vehicles to lifestyles and budgets.
Requirements: No prior automotive experience required; minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or comparable sales field; strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; passion for the automotive industry; excellent product knowledge and ability to learn quickly; self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets; professional appearance and demeanor; valid driver’s license with a clean record; positive and enthusiastic attitude
