Position: Sales Consultant
About: Sysco Specialty Meat Group (SSMG) is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to achieve sales plans and maximize profitability within an assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products, and providing exceptional service to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma; Preferred: 4-year degree in culinary arts, business, marketing, agriculture/animal science or related studies. Experience: 2 years in food service and/or sales preferred. Professional Skills: Deep expertise in the meat and seafood category or restaurant/culinary background, consultative sales ability, self-motivated with strong time management skills, excellent customer relations and computer proficiency with MS Outlook.
