About: New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America, offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their nationwide team as a New Home Sales Associate in Pueblo West, CO with builder partner, Westover Homes. The company focuses on building strong customer relationships and providing essential guidance throughout the home-building journey.
Requirements: Intermediate experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate; ability to work onsite during business hours including weekends; passion for customer interactions in significant purchase decisions; proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Suite); real estate license required; reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and liability insurance; 2+ years of sales/service/professional business experience preferred; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; background checks required
