Position: SALES & CONFERENCE MANAGER

About: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of our conference services, including sales, planning, and execution. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our events. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. This challenging and rewarding role requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or work experience equivalent, Marketing, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in sales and event planning; Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and project management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Delphi preferred
