Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous BDC experience preferred; previous Call Center experience a plus; out-going personality with excellent communication skills; strong computer and phone skills; excellent follow-through skills; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently
