Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for customer service and helping customers meet their needs and goals; ability to interact genuinely with customers, make recommendations, and drive sales results; experience in retail sales preferred; ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day; flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 18 years of age
