Position: Sales Associate Macys LensCrafters
About: LensCrafters, as a part of Luxottica, is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality eye care and a broad brand portfolio. This position involves working as a Sales Associate inside Macy’s department stores in the U.S., contributing to a positive store environment and promoting the vision solutions offered by LensCrafters.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1+ years experience in retail or customer service; familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills; embrace new technology & change with a high level of accuracy; ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals; strong communication skills (both oral and written); self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
