Position: Sales Associate I
About: Tapestry, Inc., the parent company of the Coach brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to contribute to the success of the luxury retail service environment by delivering exceptional service, building relationships with customers, staying updated on fashion trends, and maintaining the store’s standards. The Sales Associate will represent Coach as a brand ambassador and ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use technology like iPad/laptop and Mobile POS; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
