About: The Sales Associate position at ALO Yoga focuses on achieving store sales goals while embodying the brand’s mission standard. It involves creating an authentic and exceptional experience for every guest through genuine connections, product education, and promoting the community and culture. The Sales Associate is an expert in product knowledge and thrives in a team-oriented environment with a culture of feedback and excellence.
Requirements: Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment; Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences; Alignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles; Self-motivated with a desire to excel individually and as a team; Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds; Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and safely climb up/down a ladder; Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
