The position involves daily sales associate responsibilities and maximizing sales through customer retention strategies, relationship building, market analysis, and providing consulting services to beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools, and cosmetologists.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology platforms; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours based on business needs; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent communication skills; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
