Position: Sales Associate
About: Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. This position offers opportunities for growth and industry expertise in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires; Experience using technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities; Desire to develop retail sales skills and knowledge of products and services; 1 year as a store associate or customer service representative preferred, with strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and collaboration abilities; Wine and spirits experience in a retail sales environment preferred
