Position: Sales Associate
About: Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and becoming an industry expert in a fun and thriving retail environment. The Retail Sales Associate may also take on cashier or merchandiser/stock associate duties and will report to the store management team at Total Wine & More.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires; Experience using technology applicable to the position and accessing necessary information; Desire to develop retail sales skills and product knowledge; 1 year as a store associate or customer service representative preferred; Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude; Value collaboration and teamwork; Wine and spirits experience in a retail sales environment preferred
