Position: Sales Associate – $14 / Hour
About: Sales Associates are the point of contact with customers, delivering courteous service while maintaining a safe and clean environment in a retail setting. Job duties include greeting and assisting customers, stocking merchandise displays, maintaining coffee and food stations, and ensuring the store and gas pump areas are neat and clean. Collaboration and teamwork are key values for this role.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; must have a high school degree or GED equivalent; must pass a background check and drug screen; must speak, read, and understand English fluently; must perform mathematical calculations at a high school level; must have reliable transportation and punctuality; must adhere to uniform and appearance standards; must be able to stand for 6 to 10 hours per shift; must lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
