Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Certified with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications; Strong communicator with excellent communication skills; Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues; Tech-savvy and proficient in operating various equipment; Experienced in route sales is a plus; Physical requirements include lifting materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly, handling and maneuvering drums of waste/product sometimes exceeding 400lbs, and passing a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
