Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication skills; ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues; proficiency in operating various equipment; route sales experience is a plus; certifications including Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT; ability to lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly and handle drums exceeding 400lbs; completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screening
