Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; minimum age of 21; valid United States driver’s license with a year of driving experience; ability to pass drug and Motor Vehicle Report screenings; possession of valid personal vehicle insurance; willingness to relocate for future opportunities; availability for nights, weekends, and full-time retail work; eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maneuver tools, and build displays; proficiency in MS Office; self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits: salary non-exempt position (overtime eligible), starting salary between $24.04 and $25.96 per hour, equivalent to a target annual salary of $50,000 – $54,000, sales contests and incentives to earn additional income, vehicle allowance of $400 per month, totaling $4800 per year, company-provided smartphone, medical, vision, and dental benefits available, 401(k) with company match up to 50% of salary up to 8%, eligible for up to 10 paid holidays based on hire date, up to 104 hours of paid time off accrued in the 1st year based on hire date
