Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; at least 21 years of age; valid United States driver’s license with one year of driving experience; ability to pass drug and Motor Vehicle Report screenings; possession of valid personal vehicle insurance; willingness to travel to assigned locations and events; capability of lifting up to 50 lbs and using hands for tasks; MS Office proficiency; self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills; capable of working full-time in a retail environment and standing for the duration of shifts; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
Benefits: Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible), Starting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 – $54,000, Sales Contests and Incentives to Earn Additional Income (In Correlation with Business Needs/Focuses), Vehicle Allowance of $400/month equating to a target of $4800/year, Company Smart Phone, Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits Available, 401K (Company Matches 50% up to 8% of Salary), Eligible for up to 10 Paid Holidays (Based on hire date), Accrue up to 104 hours of PTO – 1st Year – Based on hire date
