Position: Sales And Marketing Representative

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; at least 21 years of age; valid United States driver’s license with one year of driving experience; ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening; possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance; willingness to work nights and weekends; ability to work full time in a retail environment; eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using hands to maneuver objects; MS Office proficiency; self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits: salary non-exempt position (overtime eligible), starting between $24.04 and $25.96 per hour equating to a target annual salary of $50,000 – $54,000, sales contests and incentives to earn additional income, vehicle allowance of $400 per month equating to a target of $4,800 per year, company smartphone, medical, vision, and dental benefits available, 401K (company matches 50% up to 8% of salary), eligible for up to 10 paid holidays (based on hire date), accrue up to 104 hours of PTO – 1st year (based on hire date)
