Position: SALES AND EVENTS MANAGER
About: Hyatt, a renowned hospitality company known for its caring and attentive associates who are committed to delivering efficient service and meaningful experiences, is seeking an Event Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves selling and servicing events, primarily focusing on Banquet Food and Beverage, menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. Responsibilities include contract review, maintaining communication pre, during, and post events with relevant hotel staff to ensure exceptional service. Additionally, the Event Sales Manager conducts hotel tours, nurtures customer relationships, leads event meetings, collaborates with sales and events staff, and works closely with support personnel.
