About: Harmons is seeking a versatile and knowledgeable individual to join their team as a Foodie. The Foodie will play a crucial role in educating customers about a variety of foods, with a focus on Harmons’ signature products. This position involves preparing and sampling foods, conducting demonstrations, contributing to social media marketing efforts, training new team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of kitchen or culinary training experience preferred; Current Food Handler’s Permit; Ability to learn about various foods and cooking techniques; Basic math skills for recipe adjustments; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to handle conflict professionally; Integrity, positive attitude, and mission-driven mindset; Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
