Requirements: High energy with a passion for Sprouts products; thrives on customer engagement; ability to suggestively sell products; willingness to learn and grow; ability to follow cooking directions; ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours; experience with customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning; ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office; strong organizational skills; results-oriented mindset; problem-solving skills; intermediate-level computer skills
