Requirements: 18 years or older; legally authorized to work in the United States; responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; works with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them; leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, provide coaching, and improve overall performance; may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers for future leadership roles.
