Position: Salad/Pastry

The Salad/Pantry position involves setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines, restocking all items as needed throughout the shift, following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications, cleaning and maintaining station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills, demonstrating understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station, performing basic preparation duties including handling raw produce and meats following restaurant specifications for quality while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards, and performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications; knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards; familiarity with using kitchen equipment; excellent organizational and time management skills
