Position: Salad/Pastry

The Salad/Pantry position involves setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines, restocking items as needed throughout the shift, following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications, cleaning and maintaining station with good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills, demonstrating understanding and knowledge of equipment usage and maintenance, performing basic preparation duties, and handling additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to follow recipes, procedures, and portion controls; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; familiarity with kitchen equipment usage and maintenance; ability to handle raw produce and meats following quality specifications; willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
