Position: Salad Makers
About: United Family is seeking a dedicated Salad Maker to uphold guest satisfaction and perform fresh cut fruit and vegetable processing, sanitation, and stocking duties in accordance with company standards. The role involves engaging guests, maintaining the salad bar, ensuring food safety, and assisting with product suggestions.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to work in a fast-paced and efficient manner; physical capability for standing, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, and walking; lift items weighing up to 60 lbs. to a height of 4 feet regularly; able to read, write, and complete company forms; work in controlled temperatures for up to 8-10 hours; possess a current Food Safety certification; operate job-related equipment safely; accept supervisory coaching; work well in a team environment.
