Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed; effective written and oral communication skills; ability to read and prepare shelf tags, signs, and product labels; familiarity with cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and food-processing equipment; capable of working in a fast-paced team environment and handling stressful situations calmly; experience in food preparation or produce work is a plus; dependable work record with integrity; knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as OSHA compliance and food handling
