Position: Safety and Wellness Manager
About: The City of Fargo is currently seeking a Safety and Risk Management Administrator to provide administrative and technical services related to safety programs, workers’ compensation, and drug testing programs for all City Departments and employees. This position collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety, human resources, or related field; four years of exempt level employment in safety/environment/human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA requirements, risk management principles; strong organizational and communication skills
