About: Safe House Food is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations, ensuring quality service, supervision of associates, food production consistency, cost control, and inventory management.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Food / Beverage operations and preparation techniques; Knowledge of Beverage operations and wines; Excellent mathematical abilities for inventory tracking and financial statements; Ability to work entire shift standing and moving; Effective communication skills in English; Ability to handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; High school diploma required, college education preferred; 1-3 years experience in restaurant operations management
