About: The Boca Raton Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits through exceptional customer service. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring product quality, and interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction. The position also involves participating in menu development and implementing new marketing strategies to meet market demands.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred; at least one year of experience in a related field preferred; food service sanitation certification; alcohol service permit (if state required); CPR certification preferred; proven team player with leadership qualities; must uphold standards of honesty, integrity, humility, and leadership
