About: Bastia is a Sardinian and Corsican restaurant in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, located in the historic Hotel Anna & Bel. The restaurant opened in August 2024 and is known for butchering whole animals, making in-house bread, offering an extensive handmade pasta program, and maintaining close relationships with regional farmers. Dedicated to guest experience and culinary excellence, Bastia aims to cultivate ambitious front-of-house staff for the future.
Requirements: 1-3+ years of hospitality experience in full-service restaurants; Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes; Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership; ServSafe certification
