Position: Ruby Tuesday – Mechanicsville – Bartender
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar and dining areas following Ruby Tuesday’s recipes and standards. The role also includes providing food service to guests dining in the bar area and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service, prepare mixed drinks, and comply with food handling and alcohol serving regulations; Cash handling and credit card transaction skills; Computer and office equipment operation; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; Professional attitude with effective communication skills; Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
