Position: Royal Street Café Assistant Manager – Winter 2024 – 25
About: Deer Valley Resort, nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in Park City, is seeking a Bar Manager to assist with the management of all operations of Royal Street Cafe. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year minimum experience in restaurant supervision or management; excellent communication and guest service skills; detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a positive attitude during high-stress periods; Tips certified and possess a Food Handler’s card or willing to obtain one; ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and stand/walk for 4 – 8 hour shifts; flexible, team player, customer service-oriented; 21 years of age
