Position: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
About: Cintas Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to businesses for maintaining cleanliness and safety, is seeking a Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) to join their Rental Division team. As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base and delivering various facility service products.
Requirements: Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs; Have an active driver’s license; Be at least 21 years of age; Obtain a DOT medical certification; Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Additionally, candidates must possess the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position; Hold a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service; Demonstrate strong customer service orientation; Display self-motivation, teamwork skills, a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
