Position: Rotational Sous Chef, Ilisagvik College ($25/HR + Benefits – 3×3 – Barrow, AK)
About: Ilisagvik College in Barrow, AK is seeking a Sous Chef to support food service production. This rotational position operates on a 3-weeks on, 3-weeks off schedule with housing and meals provided. The point of hire is in Anchorage, AK, serving daily meals for approximately 35 students per meal service.
Requirements: Must have an Alaska Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe contingent upon 30 days of hire; Two (2) years of documented sous chef experience in a commercial kitchen; Knowledge and training in using a variety of food production equipment; Ability to work independently and complete tasks promptly; Proficiency in English
