Position: Rooms Operations Manager
About: Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a professional and experienced Manager to assist in overseeing the operations in the rooms area departments, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance. The resort is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for guests from around the world.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
