Position: Rooms Operations Manager
About: Charlotte Marriott City Center in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee room operations and lead a dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maximizing departmental performance, and upholding Marriott’s renowned standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
