About: The Blackstone, a hotel located in Chicago at 636 S Michigan Ave, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as an Operations Management professional at Mercat a la Planxa. The position involves overseeing the hotel’s operations to ensure customer satisfaction, financial goals achievement, and adherence to company standards and policies.
Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; four to five years of employment in a related position; experiential knowledge required for management of people and complex problems; ability to analyze and interpret information; strong supervisory/management skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities; physical capabilities to perform essential job functions (lifting, bending, mobility, standing, climbing, driving); willingness to work in an indoor hotel and office environment.
