Position: Room Service Server
About: The hotel is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently while maintaining the room service area and equipment. The role requires a strong knowledge of menu items, drinks, and guest room layouts to ensure excellent service standards are met.
Requirements: Complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections in Room Service; Knowledge of wines, champagnes, glassware, and drink garnishes; Familiarity with menu items, preparation methods, and presentation; Ability to answer room service calls promptly and follow service standards; Experience as a Room Service Server; Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcohol; Food handling certificate
