Position: Room Service Host
About: Under the general supervision of the Patient Services Director and management team, the Room Service Host at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, USA, is responsible for effectively communicating with patients, family members, and staff members. They handle distributing menus to new admissions, obtaining meal choices, and delivering/collecting patient trays, snacks, and tube feeding products.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; at least one-year previous food service or customer service experience required; ability to read and communicate in English; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills; strong basic computer skills
