Position: Room Service Host
About: Brown University Health is currently seeking a Room Service Host to join their team at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. The Room Service Host will be responsible for effectively communicating with patients, family members, and staff to ensure timely and courteous meal delivery and service.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills; strong basic computer skills; at least one-year previous food service or customer service experience required; CBORD experience preferred; ability to read and communicate in English; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to stand/walk and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lbs; exposure to patient environments
