About: Under the general supervision of the Manager and Production Coordinator, the kitchen at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, USA is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cook to prepare, season, and cook food for hospital patients and cafeteria service. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of quality food production and contribute to a diverse menu selection.
Requirements: Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred; Manager Certified in Food Safety License preferred; ability to read, write, and speak English and perform mathematical calculations; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy food supplies; proficient in operating kitchen equipment and following recipes; minimum 1 year experience in culinary arts with extensive production experience preferred
