About: Platinum Companies is seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms at a hotel property in adherence to Company and Brand standards. The role involves operating laundry equipment, ensuring adequate linen supply, and upholding exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests; Proficient in English, bilingualism is a plus; Willing to support other departments as needed; Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards; Complete required Company and Brand training; Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, reach overhead, stand for extended periods, and move between different areas; Previous housekeeping experience preferred; High School Diploma preferred
