Position: Room Attendant/Housekeeper
About: Sandpiper Property Management, LLC (SPM) is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean environment for guests and staff members according to company standards. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning various areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and exterior spaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the proper disposal of waste while adhering to safety and security policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in housekeeping preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time frames; excellent communication and customer service skills; knowledge of proper handling of cleaning materials and chemicals
