About: StepStone Hospitality is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure clean and inviting guest rooms, uphold high hotel standards, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests, embodying professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks assigned.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test; high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts; physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30 lbs
