About: Fairmont Breakers is a historic landmark and luxury hotel in Long Beach, offering 185 boutique rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, terrace, spa, wellness center, dining venues, and event spaces. The hotel aims to provide a delightful experience with artful surroundings and innovative culinary offerings.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent preferred; previous housekeeping experience in a luxury environment preferred; knowledge of housekeeping required; excellent communication and organizational skills; positive attitude; professional image and personality; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; initiative to surprise and delight guests; highly responsible and reliable; ability to work well in a team; commitment to high customer service levels; strong guest service orientation; self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively; ability to work flexible shifts, focus on guest needs, and comply with company policies; skilled in establishing effective relationships; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; able to read reports; successful completion of training/certification process
