Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping preferred; ability to maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service; effective communication skills with guests and team members; attention to detail in cleaning guest rooms and following company standards; adherence to property-specific guidelines for safety and cleanliness; ability to work efficiently within designated timeframes; familiarity with room amenities and maintenance reporting procedures
