Position: Room Attendant
About: Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant (RA) to join their Housekeeping Management Team. The RA will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and may also work in the commercial laundry facility, ensuring adherence to brand standards for guest satisfaction. The role involves delivering exceptional Sonesta Service, addressing guest needs and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas and rooms. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service excellence at all times.
Requirements: Some previous housekeeping experience preferred; background from the extended stay industry preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred, other languages beneficial; basic reading, writing, and mathematical abilities are preferred; physical stamina for bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting items up to 75 pounds; regular use of commercial cleaning chemicals; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
