Position: Rooftop Barback (Seasonal)
About: Arlo NoMad is looking for a Rooftop Barback to ensure the smooth operation of the bar by setting up and maintaining supplies, maintaining cleanliness, running food, and assisting with bar setup and breakdown. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Minimum age to serve alcohol; Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors; Basic math and computer skills; Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally; Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
